Think about this when choosing a deodorant (make your own healthful one - ask me how) or anti-perspirant (just DON’T). Most anti-perspirants contain aluminum which should be alarming if you’ve been paying attention for the last decade or more. At any rate, your body NEEDS to perspire. It is only when the bacteria present on skin feed on the fatty secretions and digest them that the byproduct left after digestion can produce odor. Perfectly normal. Try a refreshing shower 🚿 after sweat inducing activities (with a healthful soap) and some equally healthful deodorant. Be KIND ❤️ to your body and it will protect you for years to come.
