Avocados are full of healthy fats, vitamins, and antioxidants. It is great for moisturizing and can even help with psoriasis. (try them in your diet for sure!) Coconuts are excellent for skin as well. Outside of a healthful soap ingredient, fresh coconut milk can actually help to prevent skin infection, improve skin circulation, smooth dry skin and prevent flaking. Try bathing in it (adding to bath water).
