It’s been awhile

With summer in full swing, and the craziness of downsizing/packing, it’s been far too long since I posted here – or even made soap🫧! I’ve missed the creative process and (thankfully) there are still a few “best sellers” to keep me going until I can get out there and sell, sell, SELL!
Today was for “Fall Spice” which always sells out despite the time of year. Most of my soaps are very lightly scented 👃or completely unscented. The reason for this is that I never use “fragrances” ☠️ in anything, but only pure, certified organic essential oils and it takes a LOT of EO’s to survive the saponification (soaping where lye becomes soap) process. There are a few that still have an aroma though, and the Fall Spice is one (the EO’s used are not quite as cost prohibitive as some others). All of that info in case you didn’t rifle through all the pages on my site to find more info (although I always suggest doing some of your own research before buying or using ANY products). I’m also fully restocked on Tallow Balm and Tallow Body Butter. The stuff works. Period. If you suffer from extreme skin issues, you may want to check into your diet for a possible source, although my psoriasis tends to rear its ugly head when I am stressed (reminded of this just recently) in which case, Nutra Cream to the rescue! More miraculous healing properties than any of the former Rx’s I was handed out by the white coat 🥼community. Reminder since it IS summer, to be sure and catch some rays 🌞for that vitamin D and hydrate – hydrate – and HYDRATE some more! (note that doesn’t include H2O “in” your beverage, but actual water 💦– although mine is always infused if I’m home.) Also watch for electrolyte balance to keep headaches and cramps at bay.
That’s all I’ve got for today which happens to be an absolute GEM of a day in the greater Philadelphia region with plenty of sunshine😎, decent temps and LOWER humidity! YAY for the longer days of summer.
