♫ It’s beginning to smell a lot like pumpkin
Everywhere I go From the back of the coffee line You can hear the familiar whine “where’s my order this line is super S L O W”?!? ♪ ♫ Welcome to fall, where 50 degrees 🥶lands far differently in September than it does in March. Ode, once again, to the humble (usually) round, orange squash that is mostly forgotten all year round until now. Many enjoy the taste of “pumpkin spice” in their coffee and other confections this time of year, but were you aware of the skin benefits? Pumpkin 🎃 is known to be good for all skin types. It seems to help with acne and calming inflammation while supporting healing and is even safe for sensitive skin. “Pumpkin is more than a seasonal trend. With its unique combination of exfoliating enzymes, hydrating oils, and powerful antioxidants, pumpkin addresses multiple skin concerns at once—dullness, dryness, aging, and uneven tone—without compromising the skin barrier.” If you’ve never tried it in your skin care routine, now is the time while it’s plentiful. Reminder to hydrate 💦and care for your skin all year round so it can offer you the best protection. It is your body’s first barrier to all the environmental stressors and it is also the first place (usually) where many maladies 🤒show up, so don’t ignore or put “band aids” 🩹on everything but instead, research what may be causing things from the inside out.
